  1. Deposits are Non-Refundable but are Transferrable to another litter.

  2. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE SALE OF A PUPPY TO ANYONE, FOR ANY REASON WE MAY HAVE WITHOUT EXPLANATION.

  3. WE DO NOT OFFER BREEDING RIGHTS unless agreed upon otherwise.

  4. Final payment is due upon when you pick up your puppy or delivery to an agreed location

  5. IF YOUR PUPPY IS STAYING LONGER THAN THE PICKUP OR DELIVERY DAY OPTIONS, EXTENDED STAY OPTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE AS CHARGES WILL APPLY.
